These terms govern your business's use of RecallUp. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RecallUp answers calls and messages for your business using automated systems and the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for reviewing help pages before you publish them.

Messaging

You confirm that people who contact your business may receive text replies about their request, and you will not use RecallUp to send marketing messages without consent. Recipients can reply STOP at any time.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly and include a set number of talk minutes. Additional minutes are billed at the rate shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; published help pages remain available to export.
